I requested a quiet room and was delighted to find a comfortable one high up with views of allotments and a glimpse of the sea. Despite being in the center of everything, I couldn't hear any noise from the streets, just pleasant sounds like a cockerel and a child playing. The staff, particularly a friendly man who worked at reception and the bar, were super helpful and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was an absolute delight with a variety of homemade cakes, as well as meat, cheese, and fruit. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to all the local attractions. it was a good experience.
